Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes. The planned Routine Club experience is designed around flexible 30-, 60- and 90-day cadences.

Will I be able to skip or pause?

That is part of the intended subscription experience. We will activate the controls once the recurring-purchase infrastructure is connected.

Will Routine Club replace Crown Circle™?

No. Crown Circle™ is the membership world. Routine Club is the replenishment layer inside that world.

Can I build my own routine?

Yes. The long-term model is to let you replenish individual essentials or curated routines based on your hair needs and usage.
